Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To ensure the reliability, safety, and continuous operational readiness of two Automated Cleaning Technologies, Inc. (ACT) Model Super 4X parts washer systems at Beale Air Force Base (BAFB), essential for cleaning critical aircraft wheels and brake components.

• Provide bi-annual routine inspection/service and unscheduled repairs for the specified parts washer systems.

• Includes replacement of approximately 318 gallons of cleaning solvent per service.

• Comprehensive interior tank cleaning and disposal of all hazardous waste.

• Execution of all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) required maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components.

• Use of MIL Standard: MIL-PD-680 Type II or equivalent solvent (CAS-No. 64742-47-8).

• Routine inspections and servicing must adhere 100% to OEM manuals and referenced standards.

• Rescheduling of routine services is limited to one instance per year, with completion within seven calendar days of the original date.

• Unscheduled repairs require acknowledgment within 24 hours and a scheduled repair date within three business days of notification.
