Scope of Work

The contractor will be responsible for providing all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor to inspect, maintain, and repair various ESS. Key services include:

  • Preventative Maintenance (PM): Scheduled inspections, cleaning, battery testing, and software hygiene (patching/updates within 14 days). A comprehensive PM Plan is required within 30 days of award.
  • Corrective Maintenance/Repair: Unscheduled maintenance to restore systems, with defined response and repair timelines for catastrophic, major, and partial failures.
  • System Upgrades: Performing upgrades as directed by the Government.
  • Reporting: Monthly service and outage reports.
  • Parts Management: Identifying required parts, with the Government potentially furnishing parts (GFP). Contractor-procured parts require COR/CO approval.
  • CCTV Maintenance: Specific requirements for cleaning, inspection, and software updates for QVMS and associated CCTV infrastructure.

Key Requirements & Performance

  • Technician Certification: Technicians must be individually certified in AMAG and QVMS.
  • Security: Compliance with Peterson SFB security requirements, including base access and at least one employee with a Secret clearance at award.
  • Quality Control: Development and maintenance of a Quality Control Program (QCP).
  • Essential Services: Services are designated as essential; a contingency plan is required.
  • Performance Standards: Corrective and Preventive Maintenance are limited to no more than 5 discrepancies per month, with 100% compliance for Combating Trafficking in Persons.
