Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for providing all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor to inspect, maintain, and repair various ESS. Key services include:
- Preventative Maintenance (PM): Scheduled inspections, cleaning, battery testing, and software hygiene (patching/updates within 14 days). A comprehensive PM Plan is required within 30 days of award.
- Corrective Maintenance/Repair: Unscheduled maintenance to restore systems, with defined response and repair timelines for catastrophic, major, and partial failures.
- System Upgrades: Performing upgrades as directed by the Government.
- Reporting: Monthly service and outage reports.
- Parts Management: Identifying required parts, with the Government potentially furnishing parts (GFP). Contractor-procured parts require COR/CO approval.
