Scope of Work

- Shower trailers: Minimum 2 trailers (10-18 shower heads each), providing two 7-minute showers per person daily.
- Latrine trailers: Minimum 10-16 latrines with sinks.
- Engagement Skills Trainer (EST) II structure: Weather-resistant, blackout-capable, with UV protection.
- Support services: Conditional power generation, water, and wastewater services; cleaning (3x/week, CDC standards); site management (site manager, qualified power technician); 24-hour contact for 12-hour maintenance response.
- Full lifecycle support: Delivery, installation, setup, operation, maintenance, breakdown, and removal of all equipment.

Mandatory Site Visit
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, March 18, 2026. Attendees must assemble at 681 Rogers Place, BLDG 681, First Floor, lobby by the elevator, at 10:00 AM EST, for departure to the site at 10:30 AM EST. Transportation is required. Offerors must RSVP via email by Monday, March 16, 2026, and attendance is required to be considered for award.
Submission & Evaluation
