Contract Details

- Ordering Period: Five (5) years from the date of contract award, with an option period of up to 6 months.
- Estimated Total Value: Task Orders will not exceed $150 million for the five-year ordering period.
Eligibility & Set-Aside
This acquisition is conducted under full and open competition. The NAICS Code is 541330 (Engineering Services) with a size standard of $25.5 million. NASA intends to award up to ten (10) IDIQ contracts, with up to three (3) awards reserved for small business concerns. A small business subcontracting goal of 5% is established.
Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted electronically to KSC-DL-OPCS-PROPOSALS@mail.nasa.gov. Offerors are encouraged to submit at least 24 hours prior to the deadline. Evaluation will be based on five criteria: Specialized Experience (35%), Professional Qualifications (35%), Past Performance (10%), Capacity to Accomplish Multiple Task Orders (10%), and Location Knowledge/Experience (10%). Awards will be made to responsible offerors whose proposals represent the Best Value to the Government. Past performance will be evaluated for the immediate past six years.
Offerors must submit a completed SF 330, Architect-Engineering Qualifications, Parts I and II. Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs) must be submitted by customer contacts directly to the Contracting Officers by May 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET.
