Contractors must provide existing SaaS tools with robust analytics, user-friendly interfaces, 24/7 availability, comprehensive security (FedRAMP Moderate preferred), and 508 compliance. Tools must be accessible online to FBI users from various locations. Exclusions include Advertising Technology (AdTech), Mobile Advertising IDs (MAIDs), and Facial Recognition capabilities (must be disabled).
