The objective is to provide comprehensive management of U.S. military cargo transiting the designated seaport.

The S&RTS services encompass the full spectrum of managing U.S. military cargo, including containers, vehicles, and breakbulk. Key tasks include:

• Vessel, truck, and rail loading and discharging.
