Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To maintain the California Army National Guard’s (CAARNG) operational readiness by ensuring the consistent and timely flow of essential equipment and supplies through dedicated transport services.

• Provide non-personal services for transport operations.

• Supply all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control.

• Transport CAARNG-owned vehicles and heavy equipment (forklifts, container handlers, etc.) throughout California and occasionally to surrounding states.

• Perform basic maintenance (PMCS) to ensure vehicles are safe for travel.

• Optimize routes for efficiency and coordinate with the COR on travel plans.

• Secure all loads in accordance with federal and state regulations.

• Manage fuel expenses using a provided WEX card with COR approval.

• Ensure proper documentation for all deliveries and pick-ups.

• Attend 90% of weekly sync meetings.

• Conduct 8 scheduled deliveries/pick-ups utilizing front/back haul methods weekly.

• Perform 100% of daily PMCS.

• Provide 100% of receipts for fuel card usage.

• Maintain 100% of driver logs.

• Maintain a current Class A Commercial Driver’s License.

• Turn in 100% of properly filled out delivery documentation.

• Properly dispatch vehicles monthly.

• Maintain 100% of equipment and report faults daily.

• Report 100% of maintenance issues to the Government within 24 hours of discovery.
