Scope of Work
This non-personnel services contract requires the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and supervision for comprehensive park mowing and trimming services at Stockton Lake. Services include:
- Mowing 15 designated park areas, roadways, lagoon areas, and around highway signs to a uniform height of 3-4 inches.
- Trimming around trees, culverts, guardrails, sidewalks, structures, and other objects, including hand trimming for inaccessible areas.
- Policing for trash and debris before and after mowing.
- Cleanup of grass clippings and debris from paved surfaces and structures.
- The contractor is responsible for determining exact acreage and conditions, as many areas include slopes, rocky terrain, and heavily wooded sections.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price, Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ).
