• First Delivery Order Quantity: The Government is currently planning for an initial order of 564 Each (EA), but this quantity is subject to change prior to award.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for a five-year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Special Purpose Electrical Cable Assemblies. The contract will establish pricing for delivery orders throughout its term. The government is not obligated to issue a minimum order beyond the initial guaranteed quantity.

• Procurement of Special Purpose Electrical Cable Assemblies (NSN: 5995-01-120-8558).

• Technical Data Package (TDP) is available via SAM.gov and is export-controlled (Arms Export Control Act / Export Administration Act).

• Offerors must have a current DD Form 2345, "Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement" certification to access the TDP.

• Minimum quantity: 30 each (to be ordered at contract award).

• Maximum quantity: 1,395 each.

• First Article Test (FAT) is required and separately priced (CLIN 0016).

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).

• Period of Performance: Five, one-year ordering periods, beginning on the date of IDIQ contract award.

• This solicitation will be competed amongst small businesses and Federal Prison Industries & Unique Corporation (FPI/UNICOR).

• NAICS Code: 335931 (Current-Carrying Wiring Device Manufacturing).

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) for the corresponding NAICS code.

• Technical Data Package (TDP) is available via SAM.gov and is export-controlled.

• Offerors must acknowledge all amendments received.

• All offers must be submitted for the total quantity of items identified in the solicitation (All or None).

• Other Pertinent Information: Sections to discuss quality issues (PQDRs, Corrective Actions), changes to manufacturing data or subcontractors, and previous waiver/deviation requests or MRB actions.
• Attach Supporting Documentation: Functionality to add, open, or remove supporting files.
• Submission: Fields for Printed Name, Title, Company Name, Company Address, Phone Number, and Signature of an authorized company agent.
