- Maintaining 70°F (+/- 5°F) temperature and 50% relative humidity.
- Utilizing 100% outside air with approximately 16,000 CFM airflow.
- Electrical specifications: 460 Volt/3 Phase/60 Hertz.
- Providing a trailer/platform for unit placement on a sloped grass surface, ensuring leveling and stability.
- Supplying all necessary accessories, including safety equipment, ductwork (extending 3 ft inside the building, tied in under a roll-up door), cabling, electrical whips, and assembly/disassembly equipment (e.g., forklift, crane).
- Dispatching an HVAC technician within one hour for maintenance and providing a replacement unit within 24 hours if unrepairable.
- Performing one preventative maintenance visit halfway through the 7-month rental period.
- Deliverables include Status Reports (related to EMS/EnMS Training), a Contractor's Safety Plan, and Accident/Incident Reports.
