Scope of Work
The requirement is for non-personal services to install, furnish, maintain, and remove one modular office facility, serving as a Battalion Headquarters (HQ) Complex of approximately 6,120 Gross Square Feet (GSF). The facility must support approximately 54 personnel and include eight office spaces, a 500 NSF controlled-access room for SECRET equipment, a conference room, and a 300 NSF Tactical Operation Center. The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies for delivery, emplacement, servicing, maintenance, and removal. This includes electrical, HVAC, plumbing, network infrastructure, office furnishings, display screens, video conferencing, internet connectivity, and latrine facilities. Special requirements include developing a Quality Control Plan (QCP), implementing an Operations Security (OPSEC) program, conducting background checks for personnel, and completing Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level I Training.
