Scope of Work

Performance Requirements
New LVP flooring must be low-VOC, commercial grade, waterproof, dimensionally stable, with a wear layer of at least 30 mil and a commercial warranty of at least twenty years. The manufacturer must have at least 10 years of experience. Installation must be glued down, professional, with neat cove base, and free of gaps. All debris must be removed from government property. A 12-month warranty for parts and labor is required, in addition to manufacturer warranties.

Evaluation & Award
