• Facility Requirements: Bidders must possess capable pier facilities (for the applicable ship class) and sufficient human resources to coordinate and integrate multiple areas of ship maintenance, repair, and modernization. The competition area is Coast Wide – West Coast.
• Estimated Man-Days: Approximately 255,308 for maintenance and 68,649 for modernization.
