Eligibility & Requirements
This solicitation is exclusively for sources authorized to operate and do business in Japan, as prescribed by DFARS 252.225-7042. Offerors must possess an active U.S. Navy Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) as a "Prime Contractor" to be eligible for award. Firms without an active MSRA/ABR can request an application package from flcy_msra_abr_group@us.navy.mil, though the certification process may take up to a year. No socio-economic set-asides will be used for this acquisition.
Contract Details
