• Analyzer Type: UV Analyzer, Brand Name or Equal to Applied Analytics Model OMA-406R Rack Mounted.
• Monitoring Capabilities: Must monitor concentrations of chlorobenzene, nitrogen dioxide (NO2), and sulfur dioxide (SO2).
• Concentration Ranges:
  • Chlorobenzene: 0-5,000 ppm
  • NO2: 0-10,000 ppm
  • SO2: 0-20,000 ppm
• Output: Equipped with an adjustable relay switch or 4-20mA analog signal output for controlling other devices (e.g., solenoid valve).

This attachment details the specific technical requirements for the UV Analyzer. Bidders must ensure their proposed solution meets or exceeds these specifications to be considered compliant with the opportunity requirements.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a UV Analyzer. The government intends to make one award for this solicitation.

• The primary deliverable is a UV Analyzer.

• Detailed specifications for the UV Analyzer are provided in Attachment 1.

• Delivery is required within 30 days after award.

• The anticipated award type is a firm-fixed-price, purchase order under FAR Part 12.

• Quotations must be submitted by the Offer Due Date: 04/29/2026 at 0900 ET.

• Evaluation will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) criteria.

• Only the lowest priced quotation will be evaluated for Technical Acceptability.

• If the lowest priced quotation is not acceptable, the next lowest priced quotation will be evaluated, and so on.

• Past Performance will be evaluated as Acceptable, Neutral, or Unacceptable.

• Key submission requirements include:

  • Completion of SF1449 RFQ document (Blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, 23, 24).
  • Pricing for all CLINs/Line Items.
  • Completion of Buy American Certificate (FAR 52.225-2) and Place of Manufacture (FAR 52.225-18) provisions.
  • Acknowledgment of all amendments.

• Invoicing is to be submitted via the electronic Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) in arrears.

• The acquisition is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB).

• NAICS Code: 334516 (Size Standard: 1,000 employees).

• All solicitation documents and amendments will be posted on sam.gov.

• Inquiries must be submitted via email only, up to 48 hours prior to the close date.

• No phone inquiries will be accepted.
