Scope of Work
NIST requires two (2) vertical roll-out sheet storage racks to store and manage sheet metal materials, particularly those up to 52" x 48". The system must optimize space, ensure ease of access, and be installed by the Contractor. Key requirements include:
- Quantity: Two (2) roll-out sheet racks.
- Dimensions: Must accommodate material up to 52" x 48"; drawer dimensions 52" x 48"; overall width (with floor plates) 71"; depth (open) 105"; height 96".
- Capacity: 5000 pounds Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) per drawer.
- Material: Heavy-duty steel construction, engineer load rated.
- Design: Roll-out drawers for easy access, stable frame to prevent tipping.
- Installation: To be completed no later than 60 days after receipt of order, including uncrating, rigging, set-up, hook-up, demonstration, and trash removal.
- New Equipment: Only new, unused equipment will be considered.
- Documentation: Original manufacturer's packaging, documentation, and a schematic drawing are required.

Contract & Timeline

- Quotation Validity: Quotations must remain valid for 90 days from the due date.
- Payment: 100% after installation and acceptance by the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC), successful testing, demonstration, and receipt of a proper invoice (Net 30-day terms).
- Warranty: Minimum of 1 year after receipt of equipment.
