The re-opening allows new Offerors who meet eligibility requirements to submit quotes for consideration, and existing I-BPA awardees to revise rates, modify resources, or add new resources. This Onboarding period is conducted under the terms of the original solicitation and is not a new procurement action.

- Handwashing Stations (Trailer Mounted): Available in two types based on sink count (8-11 sinks, 12+ sinks). All proposed equipment must meet specific standards, including NSF certification for potable water systems, and detailed requirements for tanks, pumps, hoses, fittings, and bacterial testing.
Submission & Evaluation
