Evaluation

New quote submissions must meet all Acceptability Pass/Fail requirements and will be evaluated using the same evaluation factors and subfactors as the original solicitation. Any resulting new IBPA awards will be identical in terms and conditions, including the period of performance, to the original agreements.

Submissions must be made through the VIPR NextGen application at https://www.fs.usda.gov/business/incident/vendorapp.php?tab=tab_d. While industry feedback will be reviewed, significant changes to evaluation factors or contract terms are not anticipated. After Onboarding, newly awarded contractors or resources will be eligible for dispatch and BPA Calls.
