Purpose & Scope

This amendment re-opens an existing Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (I-BPA) to conduct Onboarding. The purpose is to acquire Weed Washing Units and associated services to remove soil, plant parts, and seeds from vehicles and equipment, preventing the spread of noxious weeds during fire suppression and all-hazard incidents. New I-BPA awards issued through Onboarding will be identical to the original awards, including all terms, conditions, and the period of performance.

  • Services: Thoroughly wash all vehicle surfaces, including undercarriage, frame, wheels, and suspension, to remove contaminants.
  • Personnel: Contractors must provide at least two skilled operators per unit, knowledgeable in safe operation, maintenance, and repair. Operators must be present during operational periods and comply with safety standards.
