Scope of Work

This opportunity requires the lease and comprehensive service of the latest technology in endoscopes and peripheral equipment. Key requirements include:

  • Equipment: Gastroscopes, colonoscopes, bronchoscopes, endoscopic ultrasounds, duodenoscopes, ENT/Urology scopes, and associated peripheral equipment (monitors, processors, generators, carts, accessories).
  • Technology: All equipment must feature Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities, FDA 510(k) clearance, and be compatible with VA’s Endoscopic Information System (EIS), ProVation MD. High-performance video filters are also required.
  • Service: A full service and maintenance agreement is mandatory, covering OEM parts, prioritized repairs (24-48 hour turnaround), and provision of loaner units. Equipment must be compatible with existing facility cleaning and sterilization processes.
  • Compatibility: Existing VA-owned equipment will be upgraded to ensure compatibility with new scopes.
  • Trade-ins: Trade-ins will NOT be considered with this procurement.
