These units must include clean steam vacuum/gravity sterilizers, load racks, transport trolleys, washer/disinfectors, ultrasonic cleaner, and a three-sink workstation. They must also feature an HVAC system with heat and cold weather packages. The contractor will be responsible for utility connections, commissioning (setup, leveling, calibration), decommissioning (removal, winterization), and providing a maintenance package for 24/7 operations.
Additionally, a Water Treatment Trailer is required, featuring a 60 gpm RO unit, 2000-gallon storage, multi-bag filtration, pumps, and heaters to maintain water between 120-140 degrees F. This trailer must meet specific water quality parameters for cold and hot water, including sediment filtration, hardness, dissolved solids, pH, conductivity, silica, and various mineral content.
