  • Design, Fabrication, and Integration Services
  • Aircraft Modification Support

The primary Product Service Code is K016 (Modification Of Equipment: Aircraft Components And Accessories). Place of performance will predominantly be at Government facilities such as China Lake, PT. Mugu, and Eglin.

Contract & Requirements

  • Contract Type: Anticipated single-award IDIQ.
  • Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5).
  • Clearance: Facility Clearance (FCL) at Top Secret (TS) with secret storage, and personnel clearances at Secret and TS. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 CP3AO is also a required capability.
  • Platforms: Majority of current work focuses on F/A-18 and EA-18G platforms, with increasing F-35 requirements.
  • Subcontracting: Subcontracting is encouraged for firms that are partially capable of performing all tasking.
  • Evaluation (Anticipated): While not finalized, the prior contract used a best-value tradeoff approach, prioritizing Technical factors, then Past Performance, and then Cost. Importantly, prior WSISS or NAWCWD China Lake experience will not receive evaluation credit.
