- Installing concrete stairs or ramps for access, meeting ADA/ABA requirements, with wrought iron handrails.
- Painting, sealing, and installing blinds for each window.

Final payment is contingent upon evidence of completion, guarantees, warranties, and certificates. Wage Determination CO20260001 applies.
