This is a pre-solicitation notice for Solicitation Number 36C24226B0010, Project Number 630A4-22-413, concerning the "Upgrade Station Chilled Water P&ID 6 east" project at the Brooklyn Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 2, is seeking qualified construction firms to construct and install a new chiller and Air-Handling Unit (AHU).

• Installation of a new dedicated air-cooled chiller system to serve the existing AC-1 unit on the 8th floor (supporting the oncology pharmacy).

• Installation of a new AHU-1 on the 6th floor to serve the IV prep room, maintaining 50% RH and meeting ventilation codes.

• The air-cooled chiller will be housed in the mechanical room.
