Eligibility & Set-Aside

The prime contractor must perform at least 15% of the general construction labor. Furthermore, per VAAR 852.219-75, no more than 85% of the contract amount may be paid to firms that are not certified SDVOSBs or VOSBs (excluding the cost of materials). Required registrations include SAM (System for Award Management) and VIP (Veteran Small Business Certification/VetCert).
