New installations will feature CertainTeed Presidential Shake asphalt shingles (Weathered Wood color or approved alternative), ice and water shield, underlayment, aluminum drip edge, new roof flashing, permanent under-ridge vent fall protection anchors, and Shingle Over Plastic Ridge Vent.
