This includes grounding busbars, rack-mounted fiber enclosures, 2-inch EMT sleeves with fire-sealing, rod and rope existing conduit (approx. 1,350 linear feet), and sealing designated conduits. All fiber strands must be terminated with LC connectors, bonded, and machine-generated labeled.
- OTDR Testing: Perform bi-directional OTDR testing on existing 6-strand single mode fiber cable between the Visitor Center and Muir House to verify continuity, attenuation, and usability.
- Patch Cords: Provide and install two OS2 LC-to-LC duplex fiber patch cords (1 meter each).
- Safety: A Site Specific Safety and Health Plan is required. Daily logs must be prepared and submitted.
