Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, supervision, and construction services for the renovation of Building 1, 1st Floor. Key tasks include:

- Mechanical: Demolition of existing ductwork, installation of new dedicated exhaust fans on the OPC penthouse roof, new exhaust ductwork, and reinstallation within the space with specific damper and pressure control requirements for negative pressure. Re-routing of chilled water lines.
