Key tasks include repairing/replacing noncompliant ceilings, floors, and walls; separating the cleaning scopes area with direct access to Automated Re-processer Equipment (ARE); maintaining pressure differentials; installing a pass-through window with a vented cabinet; relocating endoscope processing; constructing a cool-down room; and installing automated doors. The contractor will be responsible for removing, storing, and reinstalling existing SPS equipment, excluding the Cart Washer. The project is divided into five phases, including temporary SPS area setup and renovation of specific rooms (SG48, SG54, SG50, SG41, SG42, SG44, SG46). All contract submissions and correspondence must utilize the VISN 2 Autodesk Build Construction management platform (ACC).
