  • Installing two 30,000-pound capacity loading dock levelers on the east side of Building 1, requiring structural modifications.
  • Removing and reconstructing stairs, an ADA-accessible ramp, and handrails at the east entrance of Building 6, and installing an ADA-compliant powered door operator.
  • Removing and reconstructing stairs, ADA-accessible ramps, and handrails at the entrances for Buildings 8 and 9.
  • Performing multiple concrete repairs on site sidewalks. All work must comply with Architectural Barriers Act and VA Barrier Free Design Guidelines.

Submission & Evaluation

  • Phase Two: Selected offerors will submit technical and price proposals, evaluated on a tradeoff basis.
  • Required Submittals: Include a Past Performance Questionnaire, Letters of Commitment for Key Personnel, Subcontractors, and Design Firms, Key Personnel Resume Form, and the VAAR 852.219-75 Certification of Compliance for subcontracting limitations.
  • Security Requirements: Personnel will require background checks, fingerprinting, and PIV badges, necessitating completion of VSC Security Request Packet, Fingerprint Request Form, and I-9 Proofing Criteria.
