Installation of patient lifts, ballistics-rated construction, structural steel, sprinklers, plumbing fixtures, medical gas outlets, HVAC ducting, lighting, nurse call systems, RTLS, surveillance cameras, and fire alarm systems are also required. Key HVAC work includes replacing one air handling unit and installing a second dedicated unit for the compounding pharmacy, along with new exhaust fans and associated ductwork on the roof.
