The outcome will be eight upgraded operating rooms (including a hybrid OR) and six general operating rooms, along with associated support spaces and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) areas. Construction must be phased to maintain surgical operations within the active healthcare facility. Key deliverables include:
