• The estimated magnitude of construction for the base year plus all option years is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

• The intended contract period of performance is one base year after receipt of notice to proceed, with four additional option years.

• Proposals, quotes, or bids will be considered from all responsible sources once the solicitation is released.

• Drawings and specifications will be posted as attachments to the solicitation.

• This solicitation will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

To perform annual restriping services and maintenance for parking lots and roads at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System - American Lake (AMLK) campus.

• Furnish and apply paint and reflective glass beads for pavement markings.

• Restripe parking lots, roads, crosswalks, parking garages, speed bumps, hash marks, bus stops, and other painted road markings.

• Includes converting regular stalls to ADA-compliant stalls as necessary.

• Work must comply with various standards including FHWA, DOT, and ADA.

• Specific areas include 12 parking lots and roads within the AMLK campus (e.g., Engle Way, Curtis Drive).

• Work must adhere to specified paint and bead product requirements (MPI No. 97, Fed. Spec. TT-P-1952D, Fed. Spec. TT-B-1325C).

• Surface preparation includes thorough cleaning and removal of existing markings.
