• Equipment Status: No equipment is currently reported as not operating properly or off-line requiring immediate attention.

• Maintenance Responsibilities: The contractor is responsible for supplying all necessary supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals to complete the work. This includes both consumable and non-consumable maintenance items.

• Emergency Repairs: Emergency repairs and/or services may be requested by the Northport VA Medical Center as needed and will require prior approval from the Contracting Officer (CO). These may be treated as stand-alone service requests.

• On-site Inventory: Contractors should maintain common, routine materials and parts for their trade in stock and available to ensure work can be performed without delays. The Northport VA Medical Center does not provide on-site storage facilities.

• Tank Evaluations: Tank evaluations are for the clear well (25,000-gallon, located at building 220) and the elevated water storage tank (300,000-gallon). Locations are provided in Attachments E and G.

• Site Visit: Attachments were provided in lieu of a site visit to enhance competition.
