The backup system is one (1) 4-ton Fujitsu Mini-Split (or equal), complete with wall mounts, a 35-foot line set, and a communication line with a one-touch thermostat. The scope also includes all required electrical connections, ductwork, drain piping, and programming of both systems to maintain correct temperatures. The contractor will recover refrigerant, remove, and properly discard the old mini-split unit and line set. Contractors must verify site conditions, protect adjacent structures, adhere to OSHA/CVAMC safety regulations, and coordinate equipment shutdowns with the COR. A minimum one (1) year warranty is required for all services and parts.
