Additional tasks include recovering refrigerant from and removing/discarding the old mini-split unit. The contractor is responsible for verifying site conditions, protecting adjacent structures, adhering to all OSHA and CVAMC safety regulations, checking in with VA Police, and coordinating equipment shutdowns and secure area access with the COR. A minimum one (1) year warranty is required for all services and parts.
