  • Surface Coating: Cleaning, stripping, rust removal, priming, and application of two coats of Sherwin-Williams Macropoxy 646 with a Polyurethane UV-stable topcoat for ASTs 1 & 2.
  • Component Replacement: Base seal, approximately five valves, automatic tank gauges (Shand & Jurs with Model 92021), pressure test ports, and emergency vents.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adherence to WV Legislative Rule Title 47, Series 63; NFPA 30; West Virginia State Fire Marshal regulations; manufacturer guidelines; and OSHA Standards.
  • Fuel Removal: Contractor responsible for removing approximately 59,596 gallons from AST 1 and 29,869 gallons from AST 2 for internal inspections.
