All work must adhere to industry standards and the "STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ROADS AND BRIDGES ON FEDERAL HIGHWAY PROJECTS FP-24" when designated in the contract. Equipment must be free of invasive species.
