Scope of Work

- Road Maintenance Services (subject to Service Contract Act): Includes grading aggregate surfaced roads, spot surface repair, cleaning and reshaping ditches, cleaning cattle guards, roadside mowing, seeding and fertilizing roadsides, and machine placing riprap.
- Road Construction Services (subject to Davis-Bacon Act): Encompasses slide removal and slump repair, ditch reconstruction, machine-placed rip rap (Class II and III), and culvert replacement (both government-furnished and contractor-furnished).
- Equipment must be free of invasive species, and a Quality Control Program is required.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Multiple Performance Based, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Requirements Contracts.
- Period of Performance: A one-year base period from May 15, 2026, to May 14, 2027, with four one-year option periods, potentially extending performance through May 14, 2031.
- Estimated Value: Task orders will have a minimum of $2,000 per district, with a combined maximum of $7.5 million for all districts.
