Contract Details

This is a single-award, open-ended IDIQ contract with a fixed ordering period of five years from award, or until the total task order amount of $4,000,000.00 is reached. The guaranteed minimum is $2,500.00, provided in the first design project. Individual task orders will not exceed $2,000,000.00, subject to FAR 52.216-19. The NAICS code is 541330 (Engineering Services) with a $25,500,000 business size standard. All submitting firms must be certified as a small business for this NAICS.

Submission Requirements

Interested firms must submit a Standard Form (SF) 330 electronically in PDF format via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module. Submissions must be labeled [Company Name] [DUNS/CAGE Codes] [Submittal Description]. SF330 Part I is for the prime contractor, and Part II for each sub-consultant. For joint ventures, both mentor and protégé companies must provide an SF330. Projects listed in SF330 Sections E and F must have been completed within the last six years.
