The contractor will be responsible for procurement, shipment, delivery, program management, logistics, and data management, including Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMR), Status Reports, and Presentation Materials.

  • Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (C-type contract)
  • Estimated Value: Approximately $600K
  • Period of Performance: Delivery of equipment to Thailand no later than September 30, 2027, with specific CLINs having varying delivery timelines (e.g., 18 months ARO for TNR2x, 12 months ARO for Purge Kit, 6 months ARO for Dehumidifier and Tow Bar).
  • Place of Performance: Wright Patterson AFB, OH (administrative) and Royal Thai Air Force, Wing 41, Chiang Mai, Thailand (delivery and training).

Submission & Evaluation

Proposals must be submitted digitally in four volumes: Executive Summary, Technical Proposal, Price Proposal, and Model Contract Documentation. Page limitations and formatting requirements apply. Evaluation will follow an LPTA approach, with technical proposals assessed on a pass/fail basis for Bill of Material Compliance and Delivery Schedule Approach. Price proposals will be evaluated for completeness, reasonableness, and Total Evaluated Price (TEP) using the provided Pricing Matrix.

Eligibility / Set-Aside

This is an 8(a) Set-Aside. Offerors must meet Gate Criteria by providing evidence of a prior USG contract greater than $1M in total value within the past five years AND international delivery of components outside of North America. A Small Business Subcontracting Plan is required if applicable.
