- AERONet/MX-15D Tactics, Techniques and Procedures Mobile Training Team (TTP MTT) in Thailand (1 unit)
- Transportation of all items to RTAF Wing 41, Chiang Mai, Thailand.
- An optional CLIN for Ten (10) Cockpit Digital Video Recorders (CDVR).
The contractor will be responsible for procurement, shipment, delivery, program management, logistics, and data management, including Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMR), Status Reports, and Presentation Materials.

- Period of Performance: Delivery of equipment to Thailand no later than September 30, 2027, with specific CLINs having varying delivery timelines (e.g., 18 months ARO for TNR2x, 12 months ARO for Purge Kit, 6 months ARO for Dehumidifier and Tow Bar).

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted digitally in four volumes: Executive Summary, Technical Proposal, Price Proposal, and Model Contract Documentation. Page limitations and formatting requirements apply. Evaluation will follow an LPTA approach, with technical proposals assessed on a pass/fail basis for Bill of Material Compliance and Delivery Schedule Approach. Price proposals will be evaluated for completeness, reasonableness, and Total Evaluated Price (TEP) using the provided Pricing Matrix.
Eligibility / Set-Aside
This is an 8(a) Set-Aside. Offerors must meet Gate Criteria by providing evidence of a prior USG contract greater than $1M in total value within the past five years AND international delivery of components outside of North America. A Small Business Subcontracting Plan is required if applicable.
