• Teaming: Firms can team with other firms. The Prime Offeror must qualify as a Small Business concern under the applicable NAICS code and size standard. Subconsultants do not need to be Small Businesses.
• Project Experience: Submitted project examples should demonstrate relevant experience performing A-E services similar to the types of projects described in the synopsis. Task orders under this contract may vary in scope, size, and complexity.
• Subcontractor Experience: When submitting project experience, clearly identify the role of the firm (Prime contractor or subcontractor). The Government will evaluate experience accordingly.
• Prior Work History: Firms should provide information relevant to projects and work performed within the past five (5) years for the "Volume of prior Department of War work."
• Incumbent Contracts: Contracts W911SD21D0003-0008 are the incumbent contracts associated with this requirement.
• SF330 Submission: A separate SF330 Part II should be submitted for each firm proposed as part of the team, including subconsultants. For firms with branch offices, Part II should be completed for the specific branch office seeking work.
