This solicitation is for a Design-Build contract for the replacement of the Broken Bow Powerhouse roof in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. The project involves the design and construction of a new approximately 15,000 square foot roof, replacing the existing roof installed in 1981, which is deteriorating due to membrane movement, joint separation, environmental components, and poor drainage, causing significant leaking.
