Project Objective & Scope
The primary objective is to convert Room A127, Building 350, Bay A, into a safe, sanitary, and functional breakroom for AMRAAM and EBU personnel. The scope of work includes:

- Repair & Refinishing: Repairing and refinishing all wall surfaces (cinder block or gypsum wall board) damaged during demolition.
- Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of all wall surfaces and the concrete deck ceiling.
- Painting: Applying one base coat of primer and two finish topcoats to all wall and ceiling areas, including three internal 6'x7' metal double doors and frames. Specific painting requirements include POL color-coded gas lines and red fire electrical conduits, using specified Sherwin Williams paint. The ceiling height in open areas is 25 feet.
Contract Details & Requirements
