To convert an old warehouse area (Room A127, Bldg. 350, Bay A, Robins AFB, GA) into a safe, sanitary, and functional breakroom area to support AMRAAM and other EBU personnel.

• Remove old security hardware devices, electrical power wiring and conduit.

• Remove extruding metal hardware.

• Perform wall, door, and ceiling refinishing and painting.

• Clean and paint all wall and ceiling areas as identified in Attachment 2.

• Demolish and remove all unused security devices, power sources, and conduit.

• Repair and/or refinish all wall surfaces damaged during demolition.

• Thoroughly clean all wall surfaces and the concrete deck ceiling.

• Paint three internal 6' X 7' internal metal double doors, wall surfaces, and the complete concrete ceiling.

• Repair cinder block or gypsum wall board (GWB) type X, 5/8 thick.

• Apply one (1) base coat of primer and two (2) coats of finish topcoat paint as specified.

• Paint gas lines with proper POL color coded markings.

• Paint fire electrical conduit red.

• Final painted wall surfaces will be smooth and free of visible imperfections.

• All work must be performed by a certified and licensed electrician.

• Compliance with specified paint types and colors (Sherwin Williams specified).

• Adherence to Robins AFB Facility Standards and other referenced regulations.

• Period of Performance (PoP): 30 calendar days following contract award.
