  • Day-to-day building operations and continuous 24/7 Perry Control monitoring.
  • Routine preventive maintenance inspections (PMIs).
  • Unscheduled maintenance and repair (M&R) services.
  • Emergency response and seasonal tasks.

Contract Details & Requirements

  • Contract Type: Single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) structure for all BPA calls.
