Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the replacement of eight (8) existing PTZ cameras with new Avigilon 8MP PTZ cameras on the rooftop and the installation of three (3) new cameras in the executive office at the Dallas VA Medical Center. The current cameras are non-functional and require replacement for physical security to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. This is a one-time procurement and installation.

• Replacement of eight (8) existing PTZ cameras with new Avigilon 8MP PTZ cameras.

• Installation of three (3) new Avigilon cameras in the executive office.

• Furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, management supervision, and other items necessary for camera installation and function.

• Install Category 6A Ethernet cables to support high-speed internet connectivity.

• Terminate cables at designated wall plates and patch panels with proper labeling.

• Ensure cable management adheres to industry standards.

• Test and certify all data drops for connectivity and performance.

• Install new CAT6 cabling routed from the nearest IDF closet to the exterior junction box located next to the camera pole.

• Install new seal tight pathways from the exterior junction box to the new wall mount bracket.

• Preprogram cameras with IP addresses and install on mounting brackets.

• Provide necessary POE injectors for each PTZ camera.

• Provide a warranty for workmanship and materials.
