Scope of Work
The contractor shall replace eight (8) existing PTZ cameras with new Avigilon 8MP PTZ cameras on the rooftop and install three (3) new Avigilon cameras in the executive office. This includes furnishing all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision. Key tasks involve:
- Installation of Category 6A Ethernet cables, terminated and labeled.
- Testing and certification of all data drops.
- Installation of new CAT6 cabling from the nearest IDF closet to exterior junction boxes.
- Installation of new seal tight pathways and wall mount brackets.
- Preprogramming cameras with IP addresses and providing POE injectors.
- Providing a warranty for workmanship and materials.
Contract Details

- Period of Performance: Work to be accomplished Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding Federal holidays.
- Set-Aside: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Offerors must be SBA-certified SDVOSBs and complete FAR Clause 852.219-75.
