Quick Summary
The U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) is soliciting proposals for a Campus Style Dining Venue (CSDV) Concession 2.0 program. This firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract seeks a concessionaire to finance, design, build/renovate, operate, and maintain modernized dining facilities at six U.S. Army Garrisons. Opportunity Overview
This solicitation, issued by the Army's Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Contracting Office, is for a revenue-generating concession contract. Scope of Work
Key responsibilities include:

- Staffing: Provision of all labor, including a Head Chef (ACF certified) and a Dietitian (one per installation) to work with the Army's Dietitian.
- Locations: Initial operations at Fort Bliss, TX, with expansion to Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), WA; Fort Irwin, CA; Fort Riley, KS; Fort Campbell, KY (two locations); and Fort Polk, LA.
