Scope of Work
The contractor shall prepare and deliver breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals to Building E4225, Otto Road, Gunpowder, MD 21010. Services cover OCS Phase 1 (June), OCS Phase 3 (July), BMPC Phase 1 (August), and BMPC Phase 2 (August-September) in FY 2026. Meals must be packaged in aluminum covered containers to maintain temperature and include an entree, starch, vegetable, bread, dessert, salad, and designated beverages as detailed in Appendix A. Special "FIELD" requirements for direct distribution to Warfighters are also specified.
