Key Requirements & Access
Offerors must possess CMMC Level 2 (self-assessment) certification to request access to the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) technical data package and for contract award. A current and certified DD Form 2345 (Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement) is also required to access export-controlled drawings via DoD SAFE. Submission & Evaluation
